3. Products & Pricing

  • We manufacture and sell vermicompost, organic fertilizers, and related agricultural products.
  • Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST, unless otherwise stated.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or update product details without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment through the available online payment gateways, UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, or other methods listed on the website.
  • The Company is not liable for payment failures due to third-party payment gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided by you at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on logistics, weather, or operational conditions.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of goods by our logistics partner.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • We follow a No Cash Refund policy.
  • Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered, reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • Approved returns will be replaced with the same or equivalent product.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of damage/defect for return claims.
