Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship our products across all regions of India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched via reliable logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Return & Replacement Terms
We understand that despite our best efforts, products may rarely get damaged in transit. In such cases, our Return & Replacement Policy ensures a smooth and fair resolution:
- Eligibility for Replacement
- If the product you receive is damaged, leaking, or defective upon arrival, you are eligible for a replacement.
- The replacement will be for the same product and quantity as originally ordered.
- Reporting the Issue
- Customers must report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery.
- Kindly email us at sales@kingdomorganicfarms.com or WhatsApp us with your order ID, clear images/videos of the damaged product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Failure to report within the stipulated time may result in the request being declined.
- Approval & Dispatch of Replacement
- Once we review the submitted evidence and approve your claim, we will dispatch the replacement product at no extra cost.
- You do not need to return the damaged product unless specifically requested.
No Cash Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer any cash refunds under any circumstances. Our return policy is strictly limited to replacement of damaged products only. This ensures fair use of our resources and supports our sustainability and zero-waste commitment.
Non-Eligible Scenarios
The following cases are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Minor packaging dents or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product performance.
- Complaints raised beyond 48 hours of product delivery.
- Products that have been used, altered, or not stored as per recommendations.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
- If you wish to cancel the order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately via email or phone. Cancellations are processed only if the order is not packed/shipped.
